Complaints procedure

At Arco, our students, parents/carers and referrers have the right to receive a quality service. Our Complaints Procedure is in operation to enable our service user voice’s to be heard and listened to; and where all complaints are resolved fairly, quickly and confidentially.


Here at the Academy, we see complaints are an opportunity to listening to what you have to say and to make improvements to the quality and standard of our provision accordingly. So please speak up, you will be heard.


Many complaints can be resolved before reaching the formal stage but if this does not happen rest assured, fair and decisive action will be taken.
