Paul has been a partner in PwC London since 2001 having joined the firm from local government in 1996. During that time he has served clients in infrastructure finance, government and international development and held a diverse range of leadership positions with PwC including heading, at various times, the Government & Public Sector practice, Africa Business Group and Human Capital function. He served as a member of PwC’s Executive Board first in the UK and then in Africa (during which time he was based in Lagos, Nigeria) and has been a member of the global leadership teams for both Government and Human Capital. He has been given a number of awards for his work promoting diversity in business and has served on the board of the UK Government’s Social Mobility & Child Poverty Commission among other external appointments. He has a BSc in Economics from Warwick University and a Master of Business Administration from London Business School.
